Democrats press Rubio to permit injured Palestinian youngsters into the US

“It’s not just kids. It’s a bunch of adults that are accompanying them,” Rubio mentioned in an Aug. 17 interview on CBS Information’s “Face the Nation” program. 

Home Democrats aren’t satisfied. Of their letter, they’ve requested Rubio to specify the nationwide safety issues that led his company to halt the visas. In addition they need the division to supply a timeline governing its inside overview.

“We appeal to you to immediately reverse the State Department’s decision and resume allowing those from Gaza with approved temporary medical-humanitarian visas to enter the United States to receive the lifesaving care they need,” the Democrats wrote.
