Carrie Cox, the Henderson metropolis councilwoman dealing with a prison cost of recording the personal dialog of one other councilwoman, and her lawyer say Cox’s indictment is flawed and the statute she is accused of violating is “archaic,” in line with court docket paperwork filed Tuesday.
