The disturbance that moved into the realm yesterday has pushed additional north into the Nice Basin, sending showers into the Northern Rockies and finally the Plains. An Air High quality Advisory for smoke has been issued, alerting those that have respiratory points. It’s in impact by Friday.
Our cooldown will probably be short-lived. It’s going to slip beneath 90 levels tomorrow, then heat again to the low 90s this weekend and hotter mid-90s subsequent week. Pc fashions hold hedging on reaching above-normal higher 90s later subsequent week, so we’ll wait to see how the week progresses. We will not rule out hitting 100 levels once more earlier than the top of September.
