CCSD elementary faculty instructor accused of 'inappropriately touching' with 2 college students

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Clark County Faculty District elementary faculty instructor is going through two felony baby lewdness costs. He is accused of inappropriately touching two completely different college students.

Manuel Ayala-Tovar, 33, was arrested on Thursday, March 20 on the Clark County Faculty District Police Division.

In response to the arrest report, “It was learned that Ayala-Tovar engaged in a course of conduct, a pattern of inappropriately touching … [redacted names] … whenever Ayala-Tovar had a one-on-one opportunity with them … in a classroom setting.”

Ayala-Tovar touched, rubbed and/or fondled the youngsters’s buttocks, the report stated. The incidents allegedly occurred at Manuel J. Cortez Elementary Faculty in November 2024.

The scholars informed police the interactions triggered them to really feel “weird” and uncomfortable, the report said.

In response to Clark County Detention information, Ayala-Tovar is scheduled for an preliminary listening to Monday and remained in custody as of 10 a.m.
