Motorcyclist hospitalized after suspected DUI crash in southwest Las Vegas valley

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A motorcyclist was hospitalized with life-threatening accidents after a suspected DUI crash within the southwest Las Vegas valley.

Round 8:45 p.m. Monday, police responded to the intersection of Rainbow Boulevard and Flamingo Highway after a report of a crash. Police mentioned a sedan driving southbound tried to make a left flip onto Flamingo Highway in opposition to a purple mild, leading to a crash involving a bike, police mentioned.

The motorcyclist sustained life-threatening accidents and was taken to a neighborhood hospital. The motive force of the sedan was arrested on suspicion of impairment, police mentioned.

The intersection of Flamingo Highway and Rainbow Boulevard was closed in all instructions in the course of the investigation.
