The CollabCafé options an 18-month and two-year program the place people with mental, developmental, bodily, and studying disabilities develop transferable expertise, construct workforce confidence, and put together for job alternatives.
“We will help them develop the skills based on their interest, based on their capabilities, and then hopefully help them transition into the broader community,” Goussak mentioned.
Veteran campus assistant Grant Tache hopes to someday begin a profession within the media business. He was identified with autism and ADHD when he was 5 years previous.
