LVMPD Search and Rescue already surpasses last year’s rescue total, urges hikers to be prepared

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Search and Rescue teams have conducted 73 rescues so far this year, matching nearly all of last year’s total as extreme heat drives more people into dangerous outdoor environments.
