Conservation groups file appeal to Boulder City data center, saying process eliminated public input

An appeal by two conservation groups is the latest opposition to surface against a Boulder City data center. On Monday, the Center for Biological Diversity and the Sierra Club Toiyabe Chapter filed an administrative appeal challenging federal approval of the Townsite Data Center.
