Carson City mother, Georgia father indicted in starvation death of their son at Fort Benning

A 22-year-old Carson City woman was indicted on Wednesday by a federal grand jury in Macon, Georgia, along with a 23-year-old Georgia man. They are accused of starving their son to death and abusing their pets, causing the death of one of their dogs.
