Illegal NBA betting scheme revealed in new indictment naming 2 former players

Two former NBA players and four defendants described as co-conspirators took part in an illegal betting scheme that relied on a player “fixing” his stats in games during the 2023-24 season, according to a federal indictment unsealed on Monday.
