Deputies used Tasers before shooting woman who retrieved a gun, investigators say

Mohave County (Arizona) sheriff’s deputies used Tasers to try to stop a woman who ignored their commands, but they were ineffective as she went to a vehicle and retrieved a gun. When she turned toward them, deputies opened fire, investigators said Tuesday.
