Apartment manager stepping up to help Primm families

Sandra Rios, regional manager for Kampa Management, is working to help Primm employees and their families find new housing and employment before they are forced to vacate their on-site housing by July 6, while the Primm family is working to find new partners to operate the properties and prevent job losses.
