BYU basketball participant has DUI cost suspended

A Brigham Younger College basketball participant that was charged with driving below the affect in November 2025 has entered a plea in abeyance, lowering his cost to a rushing infraction and suspending the DUI cost as long as he fulfills the phrases of his plea deal.
