Substitute instructor arrested for obstruction in Las Vegas

Kimberly Ortega, a substitute instructor at Dr. Charles I. West Preparatory Academy, was arrested by the Clark County Police Division on prices associated to obstruction of an investigation stemming from a verbal altercation involving impairment.
