Las Vegas girl charged with animal abuse in loss of life of pet husky named 'Balto'

A girl faces animal abuse prices after her canine, a husky named Balto, died in early January. Crystal Alva-Sanchez is charged with willful/malicious torture within the canine’s loss of life, in accordance with an arrest report.
