Police are in search of a 23-year-old man in reference to a taking pictures early Thursday morning in Bullhead Metropolis, Arizona. A felony warrant issued for Gilberto “Gil” Mendez III signifies he’s identified to reside in each Bullhead Metropolis and throughout the Colorado River in Laughlin, Nevada.
