Las Vegas bio lab sparks data sharing, federal oversight considerations: 'I'm upset'

It remained unclear Wednesday why a suspected unlawful bio lab in Las Vegas was not raided till final weekend, despite the fact that its proprietor was identified to have ties to Southern Nevada as early as a number of years in the past.
