Las Vegas driver in lethal 123 mph DUI crash may serve 4 years

A Las Vegas driver beforehand convicted of driving underneath the affect, who killed a chef in December in a crash that reached speeds upwards of 123 mph, may serve 4 years in jail as a part of a plea settlement.
