Las Vegas taking pictures shuts down portion of I-11; no arrests

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A suspect is on the run following a taking pictures that shut down all southbound lanes of Interstate 11 close to Flamingo Street on Monday afternoon, based on the Nevada State Police.

The taking pictures was reported round 4 p.m. and prompted main delays for drivers.

An individual advised police they have been touring southbound on U.S. 95 after they have been concerned in a “road rage incident” with one other driver.

The individual advised police he heard a gunshot from the automobile and realized he had been struck and exited the freeway. The individual then referred to as the police for assist close to the 4600 block of East Tropicana Avenue.

The individual was then taken to a close-by hospital.
