The Excessive Curler is commonly used to coach police and fireplace crews in performing tough rescues. Metro was joined by the Clark County Hearth and Henderson Hearth departments within the train.
“This training allows firefighters to practice complex, high-angle rescues and to refine the safety measures in place if a rescue needs to be accomplished. These skills can be utilized and adapted to incidents that could occur anywhere in our community,” Clark County Public Data Officer Cristine Crews mentioned.
