Las Vegas human trafficking, brothel investigation leads to 4 arrests for cash laundering

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — 4 individuals are dealing with costs for allegedly laundering cash by way of therapeutic massage parlor brothels, police mentioned.

Las Vegas Metropolitan police and the FBI launched a long-term human trafficking investigation in 2023, which led to the invention of some cash laundering operations at some Las Vegas companies.

In response to the Las Vegas Metropolitan police, Chinese language Nationals Hua Xiao, 35, Cheng Cheng Li, 41, Jianming Li, 53, and South Korean Nationwide Jisup Hwang, 27, are dealing with felony costs together with wire fraud, conspiracy to commit cash laundering, and journey/use of services of interstate commerce for racketeering enterprise.

The therapeutic massage companies, which included Midnight Rose Spa, Jones Station Karaoke and Bar, and Younger Spa had been soliciting intercourse acts from clients, police mentioned.

“This takedown underscores the necessity for a sustained law enforcement effort across all levels to dismantle and thoroughly investigate the organized criminal enterprises behind these illegal operations profiting from illicit prostitution,” FBI Particular Agent in Cost Christopher S. Delzotto mentioned.
