Police 'very stretched': Mayor addresses busy weekend in Las Vegas valley

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Las Vegas is making ready for giant protests towards the Trump administration over the weekend.

8 Information Now requested Las Vegas Mayor Shelley Berkley about metropolis readiness forward of these demonstrations throughout her information convention on Thursday.

“We’ve given a lawful warning, ‘Stop’ because someone has thrown a rock, a bottle, a battery, frozen water bottles, whatever it is, at my cops,” McMahill stated. “We are now physically being beaten. My cops are not going to stand out  there and take this.”
