Las Vegas lady in Arizona jail dealing with prices in theft of two vans, trailer

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Las Vegas lady stays in jail after she was arrested on Oct. 3 within the investigation of a stolen truck and trailer in northwest Arizona.

Jade Nikole Storm, 29, of Las Vegas and Samantha Diane Clinkinbeard, 26, of Denver every face prices of theft of a way of transportation, possession of stolen property and weapons violations, in response to info offered Tuesday by the Mohave County Sheriff’s Workplace (MCSO).

Storm and Clinkinbeard, who each have prior felony convictions in response to MCSO officers, have been arrested after they tried to tried to flee MCSO deputies who have been looking out a stolen trailer on property the 2 personal east of Topock, a small city on the Arizona-California Border alongside Interstate 40. The city is about 120 miles south of Las Vegas.

A high-speed pursuit from the property on Polaris Street ended when a “high-risk” cease was carried out in Topock within the 5000 block of E. Powell Lake Street. Storm, Clinkinbeard and a male passenger have been within the black SUV that attempted to elude deputies. The person was launched after the investigation decided he was not concerned within the automobile thefts.

The sheriff’s workplace was contacted by an individual who had left his truck and trailer parked at a campground with a number of firearms inside. Camp workers had contacted him on Oct. 2 and instructed him the truck and trailer have been gone. The proprietor notified authorities that they have been stolen.

Storm and Clinkinbeard had been staying on the campground, and had instructed the worker about their property, investigators mentioned. The proprietor went to the property and located the truck and trailer, however there was nobody round.

Deputies arrived and searched the trailer, discovering proof that linked the 2 to the property. Additionally they discovered a second truck on the property that was stolen, in response to MCSO.
