Exploring the high-stakes world of worldwide advantageous eating with unique Michelin Information entry over the course of the year-long Michelin Information season, “Knife Edge: Chasing Michelin Stars” follows the fates of cooks at among the world’s most unusual and celebrated eating places to find out if they’ll win, keep or lose that valuable Star. From trying to realize their first, tirelessly working to safe their distinction, or striving to realize a second or an elusive third star – every chef faces a deeply private problem.

Host Jesse Burgess says “this is real life, these are the real stories, these are the real tears” when describing the cooks which are featured and their journey in the direction of incomes that Michelin Star.
