NV Power proposes extra $32M in refunds after fee misclassification debacle

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — After initially sending $5.4 million in refunds, NV Power has filed paperwork to difficulty one other $32.6 million to clients in fee for errors in billing, based on a Thursday information launch.
