LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old accused of killing political influencer Charlie Kirk, is from St. George, Utah, a two-hour drive from Las Vegas.
Robinson allegedly shot and killed Kirk, 31, in what seemed to be a focused assault throughout an out of doors occasion on Wednesday, Sept. 10, at Utah Valley College.
Kirk co-founded the conservative youth group Turning Level USA and was an in depth ally of President Donald Trump.

Robinson beforehand expressed his opposition to Kirk’s viewpoints to household, authorities stated.
He was admitted to Utah State College on a prestigious tutorial scholarship, in line with a video of him studying his acceptance letter posted to a member of the family’s social media account. A college spokesperson says he attended for just one semester in 2021, the AP reported.
