Cirenity Jessen has not been seen since 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 23, when she was at a fuel station in White Hills, Arizona, about 70 miles southeast of Las Vegas. She was sporting a black lacey tank high and jean shorts. Jessen is about 5-foot-3-inches tall, 115 kilos with brown eyes.
