A Las Vegas man faces felony costs for little one abuse and endangerment after his younger relative was rushed to an Orange County hospital after overdosing on fentanyl.
Eric Duane Fowl, 41, is accused of holding probably lethal narcotics in his bag throughout a household journey to Newport Seashore over the Fourth of July weekend.
