Las Vegas warmth returns as valley recovers from mud storm

“It looked like a tornado. It looked like a dust storm, but the power was just incredible,” William Donati, who lives close to Tropicana and Jap, mentioned.

“I’ve lived in Vegas for 23 years,” he said. “I’ve never seen anything like this.”
