Truck crash, hearth blocking lanes on I-15 northbound close to Las Vegas Speedway

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The northbound lanes of I-15 are blocked to visitors as a consequence of a crash involving two semi tractor-trailer vehicles Monday morning.

The crash occurred round 5:40 a.m. north of the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

In line with Nevada State Police, “one semi became jack-knifed and fully engulfed in fire. One person was transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries at this time.” A second particular person was additionally transported with non-life-threatening accidents.

All northbound lanes are closed on the I-15 at mile marker 54. Site visitors is being diverted onto the speedway.
