Cooling stations to open throughout Las Vegas valley as a result of excessive warmth warning

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – Because of an excessive warmth warning by the Nationwide Climate Service, cooling stations can be arrange over the weekend to help the Las Vegas neighborhood.

On Sunday, June 15, Clark County and neighborhood companions will open cooling stations for the general public throughout daytime hours.

The cooling facilities are open to individuals experiencing homelessness and others in the neighborhood who want cool, indoor areas away from the warmth.
