Boy, 4, critically injured when struck by SUV driver

LAS VEGAS (KALS) — A younger boy is hospitalized after darting right into a roadway and being struck by a passing SUV, based on police.

The crash occurred on Wednesday round 6:30 p.m. on the intersection of West Lake Mead Boulevard and Jeanne Drive, east of Jones Boulevard.

In accordance with Las Vegas Metropolitan police, the SUV driver was touring west on Lake Mead when the boy, 4, was operating alongside Jeanne and darted onto Lake Mead the place he was struck.

The kid was transported to College Medical Middle with important accidents, police mentioned.

The driving force remained on the scene and confirmed no indicators of impairment. The crash is beneath investigation.
