UPDATE: The northbound lanes of the airport connector tunnel reopened round 6 a.m.

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The northbound lanes of the airport connector tunnel are closed Thursday morning following a crash.

The crash was reported round 1:30 a.m. Las Vegas Metropolitan police mentioned the crash concerned one car, and one individual is critically injured.

Site visitors is being diverted at Sundown Street. Motorists are suggested to seek out an alternate route. It’s unclear how lengthy the tunnel can be closed.
