Gun pointed at dad or mum in Vegas Verdes College dispute

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A dispute between mother and father dropping off their kids at an elementary faculty resulted in a person pointing a gun at a dad or mum, in line with a police report. 

The incident occurred on March 4 at Vegas Verdes Elementary College. That campus is positioned close to Oakley and Valley View boulevards in central Las Vegas.

Based on the Clark County College District Police Division (CCSDPD) police report, a lady strolling her youngster to high school was upset at a driver who she mentioned practically struck her with a car. Her husband, recognized as Arturo De Jesus Salazar, pointed his gun on the driver and threatened to kill them, in line with the doc.

“I’ll kill you right now, black [expletive]. Touch my wife,” Salazar mentioned, in line with the report. 

Salazar pleaded responsible on April 4 and was ordered to avoid Vegas Verdes Elementary. His firearm was seized as a part of his sentencing, court docket information indicated.
