CBS Information contributor now highlights uplifting tales over disasters

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — David Begnaud spoke to eight Information Now Monday, recapping his path to journalism and his ardour for feel-good storytelling.

Begnaud, a CBS Information contributor, started his profession overlaying disasters and crises, earlier than the toll these assignments took turned obvious.

“I was the disaster guy… and then it broke me,” Begnaud recounted. “It became soul-sucking.”
