Las Vegas residents on edge after rise in gang exercise, vandalism

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Division and Clark County Commissioner Jim Gibson spoke with southeast Las Vegas residents concerning the uptick of gang exercise and tagging within the space.
