81-year-old man arrested after weapon fired at sheriff’s deputy in northwest Arizona

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — An 81-year-old man was arrested Sunday after firing a weapon within the path of a sheriff’s deputy within the Colorado River group of Topock in northwest Arizona.

The Mohave County Sheriff’s Workplace arrested Edward Larence Chemleski, who’s within the Mohave County Jail on a cost of tried 2nd-degree homicide.

Deputies responded to a residence within the 5000 block of Aravaipa Place to examine on a report of a disturbance.
