LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A 79-year-old Las Vegas man has died from accidents he suffered in a four-vehicle crash earlier this month.
The crash occurred round 6:57 p.m. on Sept. 4 on North Pecos Highway, simply north of East Bonanza Highway, in keeping with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Division.
A 2005 Saturn Vue was turning left into a personal drive from the southbound left-turn lane when it was hit by a northbound 2019 Toyota RAV4. The influence pushed the RAV4 into two different automobiles that had been stopped on the exit of the non-public drive.
The motive force of the Saturn, recognized as Steven Stochl, was taken to a close-by hospital with critical accidents. Police mentioned Stochl died on Friday, Sept. 12 regardless of life-saving efforts by hospital employees.
The motive force and passenger within the RAV4 had been handled for minor accidents.
Steven’s demise marks the 116th traffic-related fatality in Metro’s jurisdiction this 12 months.
