LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A 69-year-old man was arrested Thursday in Northern Nevada within the investigation of a 2011 sexual assault in Clark County.
Officers with the U.S. Marshals Service Nevada Violent Offender Job Pressure arrested Fleanard Roseby in Sparks. Roseby was booked into the Washoe County Jail awaiting extradition to Clark County. He faces prices on two counts of sexual assault, in accordance with jail data.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Division requested help from the U.S. Marshals Service with finding and apprehending Roseby. An arrest warrant fwas issued on Aug. 29, 2022.
Marshals developed data indicating that Roseby was in Reno, and he was arrested with out incident Thursday afternoon within the 1900 block of Baring Blvd.
The sexual assault investigation is ongoing.
