1 killed in Christmas Day crash in south Las Vegas valley

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — One individual was killed after a crash within the south Las Vegas valley on Christmas Day.

On Wednesday round 12:40 a.m., Nevada State police responded to a report of a crash within the space of the 215 and the Windmill lane off-ramp. Police mentioned an Infinity G37 sedan was driving westbound on the 215 to go onto the westbound Windmill off-ramp at a velocity too quick for the situations.

The motive force of the Infinity failed to barter the curve, drove via the intersection of the 215 and Windmill, and crashed right into a concrete barrier wall. After crashing into the wall, the Infinity hit a Volkswagen Tiguan SUV that was driving eastbound, trying to make a left flip onto westbound 215, police mentioned.
